What you will do

• Develop and manage project plans for network-related initiatives from proposal through migration.
• Coordinate stakeholders across customers, vendors, and internal technical teams.
• Track project progress, issues, risks, and escalations throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead implementation of network refreshes, site rollouts, and cloud connectivity.
• Oversee project budgets, costs, and resource planning.
• Conduct post-project reviews to propose and implement continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Professional experience in project management for IT infrastructure or network projects.
• Proven track record in project planning, issue tracking, and risk management.
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors and large-scale stakeholder environments.
• Basic technical understanding of network infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Japanese for customer communication and documentation.
• Must be based in or able to work from Tokyo, Japan.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certifications.
• Knowledge of SD-WAN, SASE, and Zero Trust architectures.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Experience with enterprise clients in financial services, manufacturing, or the public sector.
• Ability to communicate with global teams in English.
