What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for system implementations and upgrades to ensure on-time and seamless launches.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, controls, and governance frameworks.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders across multiple time zones to align requirements and resolve issues.
• Manage project profitability across T&M, Fixed Price, and Hybrid engagement models.
• Mentor and develop project teams to encourage collaboration and delivery excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience delivering capital markets solutions in onsite/offshore models.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead cross-functional teams in complex environments.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and delivery management platforms.
• Must have full working rights in Japan (Japanese citizenship or permanent residency).
• Ability to perform regular onsite work at client locations.

Nice to have

• Project Management Certification (PMP, Agile, or equivalent).
• Experience implementing front or back office systems for banks, hedge funds, or asset managers.
• Background in business or systems analysis and solution design within capital markets.
