What you will do

• Manage multiple simultaneous consulting projects, including hirify.global solution implementations and software development.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Engage with stakeholders from executive to technical levels to align project goals and expectations.
• Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop high-quality project artifacts, including Statements of Work (SOW) and executive reports.
• Own financial performance, including revenue forecasting, backlog management, and budget tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, primarily within an IT-related field.
• PMP / PMI certification or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience leading teams to deliver projects within cost and schedule constraints.
• Experience in consulting or service delivery, architecting solutions based on business requirements.
• Fluent in Japanese and English.

Nice to have

• Practical experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
