What you will do

• Drive CEO-level priorities from initial problem definition through to full execution.
• Track OKRs, critical decisions, blockers, and deadlines across diverse teams.
• Support licensing applications, country expansion, strategic partnerships, and hiring.
• Prepare high-quality briefs, research notes, and action trackers for senior leadership.
• Coordinate across product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, and regional teams.
• Identify execution gaps and push cross-functional teams to resolve them.

Requirements

• High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
• Structured thinker and clear writer with a focus on professional follow-through.
• Ability to work directly with senior leadership and manage ambiguity.
• Must be based in Japan.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
