What you will do

• Implement and polish real-time visuals, engaging effects, and animations in Unity to enhance gameplay feel.
• Integrate and validate art assets, ensuring high visual quality while adhering to technical constraints.
• Monitor the performance impact of visual features on mobile devices using Unity profiling tools.
• Develop and improve custom tools and editor scripts to support efficient content creation.
• Collaborate with artists, developers, and designers to ensure visuals align with product and business goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex visual and in-game technical issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Artist with proven Unity production experience on live games.
• Strong C# proficiency and understanding of presentation layers (e.g., MVP pattern).
• Deep knowledge of real-time rendering, shaders (HLSL/CGPROGRAM), and post-processing.
• Experience with Unity Timeline, Animator, Particle Systems, and data-driven visual behaviors.
• Proficiency in 3D tools (Maya/Blender), Photoshop, and Git.
• Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience with Shader Graph.
• Experience with Unity Addressables.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator.
