What you will do

• Own and develop the global influencer and KOL strategy across priority markets.
• Build market-specific plans aligned with customer acquisition and commercial objectives.
• Identify and manage relationships with high-impact creators, influencers, and thought leaders.
• Lead commercial negotiations covering fees, deliverables, performance incentives, and exclusivity.
• Manage influencer marketing budgets, forecasting, and investment decisions.
• Establish a robust measurement framework to track reach, conversion, and ROI.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or affiliate marketing.
• Proven experience developing and leading influencer strategies on a large or multi-market scale.
• Strong commercial judgment and experience managing budgets and performance-based partnerships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable decisions.
• Must have appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Cyprus.
