What you will do

• Define and execute the influencer marketing strategy across priority audiences and products.
• Build and manage a pipeline of creators, finance educators, and ambassadors.
• Negotiate and maintain high-quality partnerships and manage campaign execution from brief to launch.
• Analyze performance reporting, including CPA, funded accounts, and AUA, to optimize channels.
• Collaborate with Brand, Compliance, and Product Marketing to ensure on-brand and regulated content.
• Manage and lead a team of 2-3 people.

Requirements

• Proven experience running high-performing influencer, ambassador, or affiliate marketing programs.
• Strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness and relationship management skills.
• Experience testing and optimizing new verticals, channels, and content formats.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort working with campaign data and dashboards.
• High attention to detail regarding messaging, disclosures, and regulatory compliance.
• Must be based in or be able to work hybridly in London

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, personal finance, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with FCA financial promotions requirements.
• Existing network of UK-based personal finance and investing creators.
• Experience with affiliate platforms, creator marketplaces, and UTM tracking.
