Accounts Payable Specialist

What you will do

• Manage the full billing process and daily accounts payable activities.
• Perform credit management tasks and assist with cash application.
• Ensure accurate recording of all invoices and credit notes to maintain clean ledgers.
• Assist in month-end reporting and provide analysis for management information.
• Act as a point of contact for partners and customers regarding financial inquiries.
• Collaborate with logistics, buying, and wholesale departments on financial records.

Requirements

• English proficiency required (Dutch is a significant advantage).
• Experience in accounts receivables, reconciliations, and financial operations.
• Excellent Excel skills and computer literacy.
• Experience with extracting, processing, and analyzing raw data.
• Must be able to work from the Hilversum HQ under a hybrid model.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
