What you will do

• Design, conduct, and analyze electrical tests for various components and systems in the reliability laboratory.
• Collaborate with R&D to establish reliability requirements and develop verification solutions.
• Create detailed test plans, analyze test data, and document results in formal reports.
• Manage, calibrate, and maintain testing tools and laboratory equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement by developing new testing methodologies to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain laboratory facilities in compliance with 5S and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or equivalent majors.
• 1-2 years of working experience in testing, design, manufacturing, or engineering support.
• Solid knowledge of electrical engineering, circuitry, and electrical components.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and analyze component functional failures.
• Strong hands-on ability using technical tools and instruments.
• English: Basic written and reading skills required; oral proficiency is preferred.
