What you will do

• Manage the delivery of digital and written marketing communications for financial advisers and their customers.
• Develop communication strategies based on Behavioural Science principles to ensure clarity and engagement.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and proposition teams to ensure all communications are accurate and effective.
• Create and manage the communications program for advisers using the MPAH marketing workflow system.
• Continuously improve digital delivery processes to better meet adviser and customer preferences.
• Prioritize team workload and manage communication executives based on commercial impact and urgency.

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in financial services.
• Must be based in or able to work from Southampton or London, UK.
• Tech-savvy mindset with a willingness to use artificial intelligence to improve role efficiency.
• Proven ability to foster teamwork and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all marketing materials.
• Ability to apply behavioural science to influence behavior and improve customer understanding.
