What you will do

• Analyze and monitor product, manufacturing, and supply chain costs across the global organization.
• Develop and maintain global costing methodologies, policies, and profitability models.
• Conduct financial analysis and monitoring of inventory, fixed assets, and asset-related allocations.
• Build business cases to evaluate assets and develop dashboards for management decision-making.
• Perform monthly analyses of actual results, forecasts, and budgets.
• Partner with local finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of costing models.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Economics, Cost Accounting, or Corporate Finance.
• BA in Economics is mandatory.
• High level of English proficiency required for daily global communication.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and comfort manipulating large data sets.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or multinational environments is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
