What you will do

• Track operations productivity projects and analyze their financial impact.
• Perform plant cost accounting functions, including month-end close and variance analysis.
• Assist the Plant Controller in preparing and reviewing plant-level budgets and forecasts.
• Identify gaps in financial controls and develop effective processes to resolve them.
• Collaborate with various plant departments to identify and implement production solutions.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required (or 5-7 years of relevant manufacturing/supply chain experience).
• Minimum 2 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills required.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and technical communication skills.
• Ability to support a 24/7 manufacturing environment, including potential nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
