TL;DR
Senior Analyst Accounting Operations (Finance/Procure-to-Pay): Managing departmental budgets, purchase orders, supplier invoices, and vendor coordination with an accent on financial tracking, internal controls, and accurate payment processing. Focus on coordinating service transitions between external providers, tracking milestones and costs, and improving procurement and invoicing processes.
Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid arrangement with work from home up to 2 days per week depending on team needs.

What you will do
- Prepare, monitor, and reforecast departmental and operational budgets; analyze actuals, variances, and reporting.
- Create, review, approve, code, monitor, and close purchase orders in ERP and procurement systems.
- Review supplier invoices, coordinate timely payment with Accounts Payable, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end accruals.
- Coordinate supplier administration, including master data, contract renewals and terminations, vendor onboarding, and compliance checks.
- Support the transition of services between external providers by coordinating meetings, knowledge transfer, milestones, risks, costs, and stabilization.
- Produce management reports and identify opportunities to streamline procurement and invoicing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in a role combining budget management, procurement, and supplier invoicing.
- Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes and internal controls.
- Experience with Oracle or equivalent ERP systems and procurement tools; advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, project coordination, and risk-management skills.
- Fluent English is required as the working language.
Nice to have
- Experience with service transition, vendor changes, or outsourcing projects.
- Familiarity with Power BI, OneStream, or similar reporting tools.
