What you will do

• Translate global macroeconomic indicators, such as interest rates, inflation, and AI trends, into quantitative and qualitative views of the strategic risk profile.
• Build strategic risk oversight dashboards from scratch using internal business data and external macroeconomic signals.
• Produce monthly executive-level risk reports and analysis for the Group Chief Risk Officer.
• Conduct thematic risk deep-dives on complex market developments, geopolitical events, or emerging structural shifts.
• Support the operation and scaling of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) across markets.
• Create and maintain user-facing documentation, training, and process guidance for risk frameworks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Degree in Economics or Finance paired with experience in financial services, consulting, or fintech.
• Strong ability to track external economic signals and translate them into institutional risk.
• Proficiency in dataset manipulation and formulas using Google Sheets, Excel, and G-Suite.
• Ability to break down complex quantitative narratives into crisp insights for senior stakeholders.
