TL;DR

Assistant Manager - Supplier and Continuity Risk (Fintech): Safeguarding the finance business by shaping supplier and business continuity frameworks with an accent on risk and control design. Focus on managing relationships with senior partners and aligning with evolving regulatory expectations for operational resilience.

Location: Hybrid (Bristol). Must spend at least two days per week (40% of time) in the Bristol office

Salary: £44,901 - £49,890

What you will do

  • Influence the development of risk management processes and the design of risks and controls.
  • Lead relationships with senior business partners across the group to drive change initiatives.
  • Support supplier resilience and incident management activities to enhance organizational capability.
  • Align operational processes with evolving regulatory and industry expectations regarding Supplier and Business Continuity risks.

Requirements

  • Robust understanding of Risk Management Frameworks and practical experience in identifying and assessing risks.
  • Experience as a control practitioner, including designing and assessing control effectiveness.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a motivation to deliver objectives.
  • Practical experience in Operational Resilience and/or Business Continuity.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to the Bristol office for hybrid work (min. 2 days/week)

Nice to have

  • Professional qualifications in Operational Risk, Business Continuity, or Supplier Risk management.
  • Experience with LBG Supplier Risk and Operational Resilience frameworks and the associated regulatory environment.
