SAP Solution Architect - HXM (SAP SuccessFactors)

Location: Warsaw, Poland, with other listed locations in Wroclaw, Gdansk, and Krakow; hybrid work model with prioritised in-person collaboration.

What you will do

• Define end-to-end solution architecture, system landscapes, integration strategies, module configuration standards, and target-state HR technology blueprints for SAP SuccessFactors HXM implementations.
• Act as the SAP SuccessFactors subject matter expert and solution architect across all SAP Activate phases: Prepare, Explore, Realize, and Deploy.
• Architect integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECC HCM, SAP S/4HANA, payroll vendors, benefits providers, and other enterprise platforms.
• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops, review process flows, demonstrate business scenarios, identify functionality gaps, and recommend resolution approaches.
• Oversee configuration, extensions, testing, data migration, mock loads, production cutover, functional and technical specifications, and test strategy.
• Conduct design reviews, establish reusable architecture standards, mentor consultants and business analysts, and support discovery, roadmaps, proposals, RFP responses, and other pre-sales activities.

Requirements

• At least 5 full-lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
• End-to-end project delivery using the SAP Activate Methodology and experience migrating from SAP ECC HCM to cloud-hosted SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with multi-country or global rollout implementations, SAP SuccessFactors configuration and administration, and SAP S/4HANA HCM and hybrid deployment models.
• Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite, formerly CPI/HCI, Dell Boomi, or equivalent middleware platforms.
• Experience with HRIS data cleansing, mapping, mock loads, production cutover, SAP SuccessFactors APIs, and OData services.
• Experience designing and implementing the Role-Based Permissions framework.
• SAP Certified Application Associate certification in SAP SuccessFactors, in any module.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
