What you will do

• Scale the region's hunting and farming engines to target high-value enterprise accounts and secure strategic partnerships.
• Personally lead the qualification, shaping, and closing of the most complex regional pursuits.
• Own the full EMEA P&L, driving revenue growth, margin optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Set the regional AI agenda, shaping AI-enabled services and internal applications to accelerate delivery.
• Oversee the regional delivery engine to ensure high NPS and project margins using Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Collaborate with global marketing to define regional value propositions and drive account-based marketing (ABM).

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial leadership experience within a digital product development company or technology consultancy.
• Proven success managing a regional P&L of at least €50M–€100M+ with consistent year-on-year growth.
• Deep technical credibility in agile software engineering, cloud transformations, and specifically AI application.
• Extensive experience navigating business landscapes across European markets (DACH, UK, and CEE).
• Entrepreneurial track record of building businesses or scaling market practices from scratch.
• Must be located in one of the EMEA Regional Hubs: UK, Germany, or Poland.
