What you will do

• Define the strategic direction and market positioning for the AEC Intelligence business unit.
• Lead the integration of multiple companies and brands into a single operating model with unified leadership.
• Drive the technological evolution toward a shared platform architecture and AI-enabled workflows.
• Own the P&L, growth, and profitability commitments of the new business unit.
• Build a unified commercial strategy, focusing on sales, partnerships, and Tier 1 customer relationships.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure business continuity during the platform transition.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CEO, Business Unit CEO, or senior GM with full business accountability.
• Track record in venture-building, scaling, or reshaping businesses within corporate environments.
• Experience in business integration, portfolio simplification, or platform-led transformation.
• Strong credibility in the AEC domain, platform ecosystems, or quality-management environments.
• Ability to lead structural and cultural change while maintaining operational performance.
• Must be based in or able to work in Munich, Germany (Hybrid).
