Quality Lead (Engineering)

Location: Onsite in Qingdao, Shandong, China, five days per week

What you will do

• Develop project scopes addressing business challenges and opportunities.
• Coordinate resources across sales and marketing, product development, the value chain, and manufacturing.
• Monitor project progress and costs, communicate status, and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Direct project staffing and develop, motivate, and manage project team members.
• Apply technical, product, and service expertise to solve complex engineering challenges.

Requirements

• Degree required in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science program.
• Experience with project management strategies, planning, organization, monitoring, and resource control.
• Knowledge of requirements analysis for business functionality and non-functional requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems in manufacturing or product development environments.
• Ability to design and develop products, technologies, or services from concept through production.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Qingdao, China.
