Project Manager (Industrial)

What you will do

• Lead full project execution while controlling scope, schedule, cost, quality, and contractual commitments.
• Act as the primary customer contact and coordinate communication among internal teams, customers, and external partners.
• Manage contracts, project changes, claims, milestones, and deliverables.
• Drive project planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, procurement, HSE, and documentation.
• Monitor progress, report performance, support site activities, and ensure warranty delivery and safe execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in pulp and paper, mechanics, energy, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in pulp and paper or process industries.
• Strong experience managing complex industrial projects and diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced spoken and written English proficiency required.
• Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
• Strong communication, negotiation, structured planning, and problem-solving skills.
