What you will do

• Drive high-impact transformation by leveraging process improvement and digitalization expertise.
• Lead the development and enforcement of comprehensive KPI management programs to analyze process performance.
• Coordinate and monitor digitalization and scalability initiatives to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Translate bank strategy into Target Operating Models and Service Designs across various business lines.
• Proactively manage dependencies and collaborate across the organization to meet organizational goals.
• Provide coaching and feedback to support the professional development of colleagues.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in managing complex process improvement and change programs.
• Excellent level of English proficiency.
• Proven track record in strategic transformation programs with a focus on implementation and impact.
• Experience working within a global organization across different cultures.
• Proficiency with digitalization technology, including AI, workflows, and reporting.
• Strong academic background.
