What you will do

• Partner with international hiring managers to design and execute recruitment strategies for sales professionals in the UK and Europe.
• Conduct advanced sourcing and market mapping to build diverse pipelines and reduce reliance on external agencies.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate journey to ensure a transparent and inspiring experience.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Onboarding teams to facilitate seamless offer management.
• Deliver data-led insights, funnel metrics, and FX market intelligence to empower stakeholder decisions.
• Lead global talent acquisition projects focused on workforce planning and strategic international team growth.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in recruitment and proactive sourcing for sales roles.
• Deep understanding of FX recruitment and macro-industry market trends.
• Experience tracking and reporting key performance metrics such as Time to Offer and Interview-to-Offer rates.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and international leadership.
• Must be based in London
