What you will do

• Drive executive research across Europe and CEMEA to support long-term growth strategies.
• Source and engage diverse pipelines of leadership talent from analogous industries.
• Lead executive talent mapping, organizational benchmarking, and succession planning across priority markets.
• Provide talent market insights and competitor intelligence to inform executive hiring decisions.
• Prepare impactful progress reports and market analysis for a leadership audience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and data integrity within global recruitment systems.

Requirements

• Proven success managing complex executive search and research projects, ideally within an Executive Search firm.
• Strong capability in identifying, engaging, and assessing senior leadership talent.
• Experience conducting talent mapping across international markets, specifically Europe, Central Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing executive briefings and intelligence reports.
• High attention to detail and experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience within the Technology, FinTech, or Financial Services sectors.
• Prior in-house executive recruitment experience.
