What you will do

• Support program governance for commercial transformation and IT workstreams.
• Coordinate multiple vendors and ensure alignment with architecture and integration roadmaps.
• Drive CRM transformation initiatives and support the M2O platform rollout.
• Promote and drive Agile ways of working across stakeholders and teams.
• Maintain project documentation, including RAID logs, risk plans, and decision tracking.
• Facilitate workshops and manage project backlogs to ensure focused and actionable outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Tech PMO in large-scale IT or commercial transformation programs.
• Expertise in CRM transformation, platform launches, and complex system integrations.
• Strong understanding of data integration processes and system implementation cycles.
• Very strong Japanese communication skills for client-facing environments.
• Experience working in multi-vendor and international environments.

Nice to have

• English proficiency for collaboration with Vietnam-based leadership teams.
