What you will do

• Support program governance across commercial transformation and IT workstreams.
• Coordinate multiple vendors and align delivery with architecture and integration roadmaps.
• Support CRM transformation initiatives and the rollout of Dynamics 365 products.
• Promote Agile ways of working across teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain RAID logs, risk and action plans, decision tracking, integration notes, and architecture documentation.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops, manage project backlogs, and support data integration and system implementation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong experience as a Tech PMO in large-scale IT or commercial transformation programs.
• Experience with CRM transformation, platform launches, complex system integrations, data integration processes, and system implementation cycles.
• Experience working with multiple vendors and international stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, organization, communication, and documentation skills.
• Very strong Japanese communication skills are required for client-facing environments.

Nice to have

• English proficiency for collaboration with Vietnam-based leadership teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and transformation environments.
