What you will do
- Support program governance for commercial transformation and IT workstreams.
- Coordinate multiple vendors and ensure alignment with architecture and integration roadmaps.
- Drive CRM transformation initiatives and support the M2O platform rollout.
- Promote and drive Agile ways of working across stakeholders and teams.
- Maintain project documentation, including RAID logs, risk plans, and decision tracking.
- Facilitate workshops and manage project backlogs to ensure focused and actionable outcomes.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Tech PMO in large-scale IT or commercial transformation programs.
- Expertise in CRM transformation, platform launches, and complex system integrations.
- Strong understanding of data integration processes and system implementation cycles.
- Very strong Japanese communication skills for client-facing environments.
- Experience working in multi-vendor and international environments.
Nice to have
- English proficiency for collaboration with Vietnam-based leadership teams.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies in transformation environments.
