Technical Program Manager (SoC & Digital Design)

What you will do

• Oversee the development and integration of multiple chiplets supporting RISC-V CPU servers, machine learning processors, memory, and I/O functionality.
• Coordinate complex semiconductor development programs across internal teams and external contributors.
• Drive SoC programs from architecture and design through verification, integration, and tape-out.
• Develop program plans, track milestones and deliverables, and lead program reviews across multiple projects.
• Manage risks, dependencies, corrective actions, and cross-functional collaboration across design, verification, physical design, DFT, and software teams.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SoC chip design, technical program management, or engineering leadership.
• Strong understanding of microarchitecture, design, verification, DFT, physical design, integration, and tape-out.
• Familiarity with AMBA, NoC, RISC-V, PCIe/CXL, and Ethernet.
• Strong communication, structured problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making skills.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology is required. Employment may depend on citizenship, permanent residency, or prior license approval under U.S. export laws.
