Senior Engagement Manager, PS (AI)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria — hybrid. The role supports a global team and customer base, with occasional early-morning or late-evening calls when needed.

What you will do

• Own full-lifecycle delivery for 2–4 concurrent enterprise SaaS implementations from scoping through go-live and hypercare.
• Manage project governance, delivery roadmaps, budgets, risks, scope changes, executive reporting, and revenue alignment.
• Lead executive kick-offs, steering committees, business reviews, requirements workshops, solution design sessions, and customer communications.
• Use AI and analytics to improve requirements documentation, functional designs, user stories, test coverage, and stakeholder sentiment analysis.
• Drive UAT planning, test strategy, defect management, change management, training, and adoption tracking.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and contribute to AI-enabled professional services methodologies and playbooks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, consulting, or professional services.
• Demonstrated success leading complex implementations valued at €500K or more, including integrations and organizational change.
• Strong project management experience with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, RocketLane, or MS Project.
• Experience facilitating enterprise requirements workshops, solution design sessions, UAT cycles, and executive communications.
• Working knowledge of SaaS integration patterns, REST APIs, and iPaaS solutions such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with CRM, CPQ, CLM, ERP, HCM, or RevOps platforms.
• Consulting experience with a global or boutique systems integrator or SaaS professional services organization.
• Experience building or using AI-assisted delivery and documentation workflows.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
