Delivery Manager (iGaming)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria. Travel is not expected. Candidates must be authorized to work in Bulgaria on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Own and manage the delivery roadmap for an assigned region, including provider connections, launches, and product implementations.
• Coordinate delivery progress across departments and provide reporting for the regional roadmap.
• Present regular updates to operators and vendors throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Plan incoming requests and projects and streamline delivery activities.
• Lead kickoff and status meetings for development and operations teams.
• Coordinate environment readiness for deployment and testing and improve delivery predictability, efficiency, and quality.

Requirements

• High proficiency in English with excellent written and spoken communication is required.
• At least 5 years of software project management experience.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to lead multiple projects, multitask, analyze business information, and deliver presentations.
• Strong communication skills with clients, managers, team leaders, and developers.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, self-motivated, results-oriented, and collaborative approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with Monday or Smartsheet.
• Experience implementing organizational change policies.
• Open-minded and out-of-the-box problem-solving approach.
