CONTEXT
Greppet is a pre-seed startup in Malmö, Sweden, building customer intelligence for B2B companies to turn scattered signals into grounded strategic decisions.




ROLE
We're looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Cofounder to work directly with the founder on architecture, prototyping, and early infrastructure, with real ownership of the technical direction from day one. The role tracks to an equity-based co-founder role. Equity will be contribution-based, fair and negotiable. Anticipate a 3-4 week trial period, remote-first, with quarterly in-person team building.




SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Agentic AI / LLM orchestration (agents, routing, evals)


* Machine learning (models, RAG, fine-tuning)


* Backend / systems engineering (APIs, databases, system design)


* Full-stack development (front-end, back-end, MVP delivery)


* Integrations & data ingestion (internal, external, qual/quant)


* Cloud architecture & infrastructure (deployment, DevOps, scale)


* Security & privacy (PII, GDPR, best practices)


* Greppet ICP domains (B2B, SMB, Customer Success, Sustainability)


* Leadership & team-building (direction, mentoring, hiring)



Best suited to someone who has built before and wants to help shape a product from the ground up.
