Salary: €65,000 - €80,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Define and execute a visionary e-commerce technology roadmap aligned with broader business objectives.
• Design, deploy, and manage high-performing technical infrastructure across e-commerce frontend, backend, and native apps.
• Recruit, mentor, and oversee technical teams with a specialized focus on Ruby on Rails and React.
• Analyze technical and operational KPIs to drive continuous performance improvements for e-commerce platforms.
• Lead the development and launch of new platform features, ensuring code quality and budget alignment.
• Oversee website rollouts and manage Google campaign launches and feed integrations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in technical leadership roles, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
• Proficiency in Ruby and Rails, with knowledge of cloud architectures, CMS, and databases.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and develop talent.
• Experience with Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, Google Shopping, and Google Ads.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Barcelona, Spain.
