What you will do

• Own the overall landscape of internal business tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace) and define the long-term automation roadmap.
• Design and oversee the construction of data pipelines and API integrations to turn manual operational processes into automated workflows.
• Manage SaaS vendor relationships, audit software usage, and optimize the total cost of ownership (TCO).
• Collaborate with C-level executives (COO, CCO, HR, CPO) to identify process bottlenecks and roll out automated solutions.
• Enforce security and compliance standards, including RBAC, SSO, 2FA, and secure offboarding in partnership with the security department.
• Own the company's AI tooling landscape, managing access and evaluating new tools while ensuring data governance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise IT or Business Systems, including 2+ years in a Team Lead or Head capacity.
• Proven track record designing and maintaining SaaS/on-premise enterprise environments (CRM, HRM, Service Desk).
• Hands-on experience with API integrations (RESTful, webhooks) and automation platforms such as n8n or Jira Automation.
• Deep knowledge of identity and access management: SSO/SAML/OAuth 2.0 and directory services (Okta, Google Workspace).
• Strong business analysis skills to translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience managing IT vendors and negotiating contracts to optimize license costs.

Nice to have

• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM practices, incident management, and SLAs.
• Experience with specific ERPs (SAP, Odoo, NetSuite) or CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM tools into corporate workflows.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL or TOGAF.
