What you will do

• Coordinate project and contract lifecycle activities, including baselining, updating, and reporting.
• Maintain project financial data and margin updates within APEX to ensure data accuracy.
• Support month-end close through reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analysis.
• Execute monthly and quarterly SOX controls and maintain documentation for audit purposes.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Order Management teams to prepare management reports.
• Support Oracle EBS/APEX system improvements through Jira testing and process enhancement.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Project Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Management Accounting.
• Proficiency in Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, APEX, or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of month-end close and internal controls.

• ACCA/CIMA qualification or part qualification.
