What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end global mobility operations, including assignment lifecycles, local transfers, commuter arrangements, cross-border employment, and complex cases.
• Define and evolve mobility strategy, policies, guidelines, and governance in line with business, talent, and cost objectives.
• Advise senior leaders, HR stakeholders, managers, and assignees on cross-border mobility and workforce deployment.
• Manage assignment costing, budgeting, cost control, process improvement, and mobility systems.
• Lead global vendor selection, contracting, performance management, audits, and regulatory processes.
• Mentor colleagues, handle escalations, and build global HR mobility capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• More than five years of experience in global mobility, international assignments, and cross-border employment within a multinational environment.
• Leadership experience managing programs, vendors, and teams across regions.
• Deep knowledge of international tax, immigration, social security, labor law, and employment risk concepts.
• Strong financial acumen in assignment costing, budgeting, and cost governance, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex matrixed organization.
• Fluent German and English are required, along with strong knowledge of German and international laws.
