Field Service Engineer (Medtech)

What you will do

• Perform installation, inspection, and maintenance (corrective and preventive) of Medtech equipment in hospitals and medical centers.
• Provide technical support and solutions to end-users.
• Report product technical issues according to manufacturer QA guidelines.
• Communicate with manufacturers to conduct root cause analysis.
• Assist in pre- and post-installation activities, including operation training and demonstrations for customers.

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Must be able to communicate in both English and Chinese.
• Ability to travel overseas for training.
• Min. 2 years of technical experience in OT or CSSD equipment is a strong advantage.

Nice to have

• Working experience in building service or boiler industry.
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker License Grade A.
• Holder of Pressure Vessel Operator License class III and/or Class VI.
