Production Supervisor (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Plan production schedules, device loading, manpower allocation, and machine assignments.
• Monitor performance and take timely action to resolve operational issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and cost.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Coach production personnel and collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 9 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, including 5 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, device loading, manpower planning, and machine allocation.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and systematic problem-solving skills.
• Compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in power semiconductor manufacturing.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
