VIS Director

What you will do

• Lead or support consulting engagements across portfolio management, digital, and risk practice areas.
• Use hirify.global and external data to analyze client needs and identify opportunities for hirify.global Implementation Services assignments.
• Lead sales pitches, internal problem-solving sessions, client discussions, and project deliveries.
• Establish and manage large VCA programs for Pan-African clients focused on VIS workstreams.
• Develop tailored VIS offerings and integrated go-to-market strategies with Products, Business Development, Risk, Marketing, Digital Solutions, and other hirify.global groups.
• Build and manage a pipeline of engagement opportunities with VCA colleagues, account executives, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
• 15+ years of experience in consulting and implementation support for financial institutions, merchants, and/or governments.
• Deep understanding of card operations and portfolio management.
• Superior project management, analytical, communication, presentation, and Excel skills, with advanced PowerPoint proficiency.
• Ability to work with senior client and hirify.global management in a multifunctional environment and extract desired outcomes.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work on client sites.
