What you will do

• Break down complex client problems into discrete tasks and identify the key issues.
• Plan and execute analyses to develop suitable strategic recommendations.
• Work directly with clients and project team members to move engagements forward.
• Direct the focus and development of junior consultants.
• Manage small project teams and provide specialized financial services insight.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant professional experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or similar organization.
• Knowledge of financial services.
• Strong strategic problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English required.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program, with initiative, creativity, and collaborative working skills.
