What you will do

• Work with client leadership teams to understand strategic challenges and define IT strategies.
• Deploy customized IT strategies, digital platforms, and technology architectures using cloud computing, AI, blockchain, microservices, and containerization.
• Support strategic IT implementation and digital transformation programs using Agile methods and modern delivery approaches.
• Evaluate and coach client technology teams while managing project quality, risks, expectations, and escalations.
• Facilitate workshops, contribute to client meetings and proposals, and identify new business opportunities.
• Support BCG Platinion practice development and contribute to case-team delivery.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in IT strategy, technology consulting, software engineering, or IT project management.
• Strong technical expertise in data and cloud technologies, plus experience in at least two relevant technology domains.
• Experience with legacy and modern technology ecosystems, cloud-native environments, Agile delivery, and digital transformation programs.
• Strong analytical, conceptual problem-solving, business, and customer-focused skills.
• Ability to support workshops, collaborate with peers, and engage confidently with clients.
• Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, STEM, or related degree with a strong academic background.

Nice to have

• Previous IT consulting experience with client-facing engagements.
• Experience in areas such as enterprise architecture, banking platforms, CRM, ERP, AI/ML, RPA, chatbots, IoT, DevOps, or modern IT operating models.
