What you will do

• Evaluate, refine, and improve AI-generated briefs, memoranda, motions, legal arguments, and other legal documents.
• Review legal content for factual accuracy, legal soundness, analytical rigor, and compliance with professional standards.
• Provide detailed written feedback on legal errors, logical inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze complex or ambiguous legal scenarios and apply professional judgment to improve AI model performance.
• Draft and edit litigation-related content across multiple practice areas while maintaining precision and clarity.
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams through clear written communication and structured feedback.

Requirements

• Hands-on litigation and legal practice experience.
• Strong legal reasoning, analytical thinking, and professional judgment.
• Exceptional legal writing and editing skills.
• Ability to evaluate complex legal issues and ambiguous scenarios with close attention to detail.
• Active license in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school.
• 3–15 years of post-JD legal experience in litigation, trial, or appellate practice.
• Federal or state judicial clerkship experience.
• Trial experience, federal court admissions, appellate practice, legal scholarship, or law journal editing.
• Teaching or instructional experience in legal education.
