What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of project management professionals through coaching, career planning, and performance management.
• Oversee the execution of simultaneous complex cybersecurity programs to ensure excellence and urgency.
• Maintain and review project health via status reports, risk registers, and issue logs.
• Provide visibility into project status, key decisions, and dependencies to leadership on a standard cadence.
• Set annual performance targets and conduct reviews for the PMO team.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Brampton, ON, Canada.
• Proven experience in end-to-end management of large-scale complex programs in large organizations or consulting firms.
• Experience managing projects involving cybersecurity, IT, and network teams.
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks and methodologies.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office suite.
