What you will do

• Perform daily market risk analysis and reporting for HVaR, FRTB-SA, and FRTB-IMA.
• Analyze key drivers impacting risk metrics and regulatory capital.
• Prepare management information and commentary for senior leadership and governance committees.
• Investigate reporting anomalies and coordinate resolutions with global stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Trading Risk Management, Product Controllers, and Technology teams.
• Drive process enhancements, reporting optimization, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Market Risk, Trading Risk, or Product Control.
• Strong expertise in HVaR, Backtesting, Stress Testing, and FRTB (SA and IMA).
• Solid understanding of Basel III/IV market risk regulations.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel (working knowledge of VBA required).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• Ability to work effectively with teams across European time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with Alteryx or Power BI for automation and analytics.
• Understanding of data lineage and risk systems architecture.
