What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to Technology and Engineering leadership to align HR guidance with technical priorities.
• Lead the transformation toward an AI-native workforce, enabling upskilling and reskilling in AI and automation.
• Manage talent planning, performance reviews, and succession planning using data-driven insights.
• Partner on organizational design, team composition, and scaling strategies for a globally distributed workforce.
• Drive change management initiatives and develop communications for organizational transformation.
• Implement a skills-based workforce model through gap analysis and data-driven mobility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, specifically as an HRBP supporting Technology or Engineering.
• Proven experience in workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting workforce data (attrition, retention, engagement).
• Experience in fast-paced environments with a focus on transformation or change initiatives.
• Knowledge of compensation programs and advisory capabilities on pay practices.
