Director, Investor Delivery (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Complete daily deliverables related to investor registration, dealing, reporting, and cash.
• Meet service level agreements while maintaining accuracy, quality, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Respond to queries from clients, investors, fund managers, and internal departments.
• Escalate client and deliverable issues when required.
• Support departmental initiatives, projects, risk mitigation, and regular team check-ins.
• Promote the organization’s values of trust, challenge, empowerment, client focus, openness, and honesty.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking, or client service.
• Knowledge of investor services processes and related functionalities.
• Experience in client or customer service.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office; Microsoft Excel proficiency is an asset.
