Director, Equity Boutiques, Asia (Investment Management)

Location: Central Hong Kong, Hong Kong; position based in Hong Kong or Singapore. Employees work from the office 4 days per week with flexibility to work remotely 1 day per week.

What you will do

• Lead and manage APAC equity investment teams across early-career professionals, portfolio managers, and research analysts.
• Develop and execute global Equity Boutiques and APAC Investment Platform strategies.
• Attract, retain, coach, evaluate, and develop diverse investment talent, including succession planning and performance reviews.
• Support investment philosophies, research processes, portfolio performance, fiduciary oversight, risk management, and regulatory responsibilities.
• Manage investment capacity and coordinate new product development with product management and other functions.
• Represent the APAC Investment Platform in regulatory, governance, and global investment forums.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience in the investment or financial industry.
• Strong understanding of Asian markets, investment data and analytics, and risk analytics.
• Superior collaboration, communication, influencing, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience operating in a highly matrixed, collaborative global organization.
• MBA and/or CFA, or equivalent academic credentials.
