What you will do

• Build and refine the internal finance function using both hirify.global's products and custom internal tools.
• Operate day-to-day finance processes including procure-to-pay, quote-to-cash, and month-end close.
• Drive strategic decision-making through reporting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
• Partner with executive stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and GTM to provide department-level P&L insights.
• Provide critical feedback on hirify.global's tools and systems to help transform the accounting space.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience in corporate accounting, FP&A, or finance at an early-stage startup.
• Deep accounting expertise and a willingness to design processes from first principles.
• Strong analytical skills in Excel and experience interpreting financial data.
• Must be comfortable building tools with LLMs.
• Ability to work 100% in-person in San Francisco or New York City.
