What you will do

• Manage and train IPQC, FQC, and OQC technicians.
• Oversee process quality management and implement efficiency improvements.
• Handle customer audits and manage the complaint resolution process.
• Review and manage FAIR, MEWR, MEMO, TECN, and ECR processes.
• Conduct DMR, RNR, and CAR process reviews.
• Revise and maintain WI, SIP, SOP, and CP documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in electronics, machinery, or relevant majors.
• 3+ years of experience in quality management.
• English: Proficient (C1) in listening, speaking, and writing.
• Background in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and resilience skills.
