What you will do

• Monitor internal processes and examine products to determine quality levels.
• Review customer specifications and warranty contracts to ensure strict compliance.
• Oversee product inspections and provide technical guidance and training to team members.
• Support new product launches to identify deviations from quality standards and improvement opportunities.
• Compile customer feedback and prepare detailed satisfaction reports.

Requirements

• Direct experience in a quality management role within the automotive industry.
• Experience with ISO-9001 quality systems.
• Strong team leadership and supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with root cause analysis and problem-solving tools.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality inspection techniques.
