Product Support Operations Representative

Location: Singapore, Singapore; onsite five days a week. Travel required up to 30% of the time.

Manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, engines, industrial gas turbines, and diesel-electric locomotives supported by a global dealer network.

What you will do

• Lead initiatives that improve dealer capabilities, capacity, profitability, service excellence, and distribution capabilities.
• Identify and implement service operations, safety, warranty, process, and business improvements.
• Work with dealers, customers, and internal personnel to analyze challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Support dealer business planning, including recommendations for facilities, tooling, and systems.
• Help dealers build human performance capabilities and address performance gaps.
• Support the rollout of new products, parts, customer service agreements, and other service solutions.

Requirements

• Customer focus, service excellence, problem-solving, project management, consulting, and change management skills.
• Strong decision-making, critical-thinking, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interpret data and use it to drive actions and operational improvements.
• Experience in field assignments, engineering, product support, or dealer-facing roles is beneficial.
• Must work onsite in Singapore five days a week and travel up to 30% of the time.
