What you will do

• Manage sales targets and conduct daily merchant visits within the assigned area.
• Oversee the placement of POP promotional materials in stores.
• Lead and monitor 4 Sales Promoter Leaders and approximately 80 Sales Promoters.
• Coordinate with operational teams to gather intelligence on competitors and field issues.
• Conduct field training and refreshment sessions for the promoter team.
• Monitor billing data for promoters and merchants.

Requirements

• Diploma Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within financial services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc.).
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a large team and area.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Good communication and social media marketing skills.
