What you will do

• Build and manage trusted relationships with independent agronomists and distributor-employed advisors.
• Execute territory market strategies in alignment with National Account Managers to support commercial goals.
• Drive demand creation and commercial promotions, logging product specifications via Salesforce.
• Establish and manage demonstration plots and field trials, presenting data to technical stakeholders.
• Gather and report competitive intelligence regarding market activity, pricing, and perceptions.
• Provide technical training and in-season troubleshooting support for distributor agronomist teams.

Requirements

• Academic background in Crop Protection (FACTS, NRoSO, or a degree in agriculture/life sciences).
• Proven experience in an agronomic, technical, or field sales role within the UK agricultural inputs market.
• Up-to-date practical knowledge of crop protection for cereals, OSR, and sugar beet.
• Experience working with independent agronomists and managing trial plots.
• Strong commercial awareness and interpersonal skills for relationship management.
• Ability to maintain BASIS and NRoSO accreditations.
