What you will do

• Build advanced AI-native/agentic products relied on by thousands of customers daily.
• Own problems end-to-end from idea through implementation, launch, and iteration.
• Design intelligent workflows powered by LLMs, tools, memory, and agent collaboration.
• Turn emerging AI capabilities into delightful customer experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and customer teams to shape future development.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to raise engineering standards.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Sydney or able to relocate to Australia (relocation sponsorship available).
• Senior experience as an AI-native builder with strong product judgment.
• Comfortable working across full stack: frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI systems.
• Experience with distributed system fundamentals and continuous delivery.
• Belief in the mission and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, Vue, Typescript, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex.
